Things I've Learned Today
1. Don't get caught in a hailstorm on the only street in Philadelphia void of awnings, overhangs, or coniferous shade trees.
2. Simply placing the teapot on the stove does not necessarily make the water boil - one must indeed turn on the burner as well.
3. Garbage cans do not empty themselves.
4. DON'T surprise the elderly.
5. They make winter coats for a reason.
6. Books don't read themselves.
7. There is such a thing as bad Chinese food.
8. Crosswalks are very important to man's existence.
9. On the day God created Man, he also created the SwifferJet to accomplish everything that man could not.
