god it's humid.
I hate life most when it's humid out.

So last tuesday I was at the Kirby
for the Governors Awards in the Arts
supporting my Santo
He was awarded the Distinguished Arts award
for his contributions to stage and film design
I was talking with him on the square afterwards
at the reception
which had 20 tents - 2 were food, 1 was for performances
the rest were devoted to alcohol.
then on Thursday I got a call from him
he appologized to me
he felt he didn't talk to me enough
HE appologized to ME!! Thats right.
so he told me to call him when I came to NYC next
part of me thinks he wants me
the other says no, he's just polite
Lauren thinks he wants me.
he said "even if you just wanted to hang around the studio"
I thought, well, since you're offering here
I invited myself to the load-in of
110 in the Shade next spring
and he said yes
woohoo
Connections are always good
but when they're high caliber
they're even better.
in other news, every facial product I used today
was sweated off in a matter of milliseconds
as soon as I opened the door
all I need to is think about the humidity outside
and my glasses fog up.
It's hard being me.
right now I have to go even out
the fake tan I fucked up this morning.
